1. Order Cancellation | إلغاء الطلب

  • Orders can be canceled before they are marked as “Out for Delivery.”
  • Cancellation requests must be submitted via your account dashboard or by contacting support.
  • Once shipped, cancellation is no longer possible—please refer to the Return Policy instead.

  • Prescription medications cannot be canceled once verified and prepared for dispatch.
  • For safety and compliance, these items are processed immediately upon prescription validation.

  • If canceled after packaging or pharmacy verification, a handling fee may apply.
